Kirstin has been leading, loving, and advocating in the holistic health space for many years. She is now certified to go beyond lifestyle and food coaching to offer data-driven care with functional lab testing, interpretations, and protocols too.
As a patient of the process, she understands the complexities of a messy health journey and recognizes how important it is to get to the root of it all. She believes partnering in your story, with God's help, represents sacred ground, and desires to steward the opportunity with integrity, great responsibility, and hope.
When she's not working, you can catch her on a sideline somewhere, cheering on her kids!

A trauma-filled childhood and a premature birth control prescription, that lasted for 10 years, were the first marks in Kirstin's health journey. What later presented as pesky symptoms in her 20s, evolved into much more serious problems leading her to doctors of all kinds. Like so many of us nowadays, she was left with no answers and even more questions. Time and time again, she was written off as anxious and haphazardly prescribed anxiety meds.
Her late twenties brought children and her 30s spilled over with more and more health issues. That's when the autoimmune diagnoses began to roll in, one after another.
It was this revelation that changed everything, "This condition is simply a symptom of something else. What if I treat the root?"
Enter root level health and healing, and the beginning of real change.
A breaking point, and the Holy Spirit, led her to her very first naturopath—a woman who, for the first time, validated everything. She felt seen and heard, and began taking steps in a new direction. Every month they met to make small lifestyle adjustments with food, stress, relationships, and more. She's been a faithful student ever since.
At first, it was about Kirstin's own path to wellness, but radically evolved when she started walking with her daughter after an unexpected, life-changing diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes at age 7.
Her daughter's journey heightened Kirstin's awareness of the broken "healthcare" system, and has underscored why advocacy is so important. They are charting a new path forward and encouraging others along the way as they navigate the literal and metaphorical highs and lows of life with Type 1 diabetes.
They are shifting the narrative from from relying solely on conventional medicine (sick care), and fostering empowerment through integrative health to embrace true health care (prevention and wellness).
Kirstin was in the healthiest season of her adult life when toxic mold struck. For 2.5 years she battled to keep her body well, and again, was called to blaze a trail to get to the other side of healing.
A half a dozen medical doctors were puzzled by her case, and wrote off "mold" as a mythical concept—unwilling to order a mycotoxin lab or to entertain a conversation about it.
What was their answer? Some referred her to new specialists, others threw up their hands, and one prescribed her an EPI pen to combat Type 1 anaphylaxis attacks (that later evolved into MCAS), haphazardly assigned a new Lupus diagnosis with medication to "cover" the limited lab results, and sent her on her way...
This lit a fire in her tired and weary bones because this should not happen, to anyone. She went on to get the labs she needed and verified her high mold toxicity levels, which aided in the process of the environmental remediation and gained her support in this journey to purge the mold.
It was then that the Lord made it clear that she could be an advocate and a bridge builder for others. He brought her here to help her see what was needed and how to bridge the gap. There shouldn't be a wild goose chase for testing, and no one should ever be left feeling shamed and unseen—much less drowning in a pit of sickness with no hope forward. Those were the seeds that sent her back to school...
